it's a "guerilla style pop-up restaurant event" by chef ludo lefebvre. currently, it is in it's final days at
royal/t in culver city, and we managed to snag reservations. the food is absolutely amazing - definitely the most successful at being different and unique yet delicious since my first trip to jose andres's
the bazaar. the fist-sized
fois gras beignet had real whole chunks of liver inside! and probably most insane and insanely delicious was the
tuna sashimi with sushi rice ice cream and soy sauce gelee.. whew! it was definitely an experience.
